At Project Rewild we want to help schools, educators and parents to rethink the way we teach our children, to get outside more and learn from the natural world around us. At this critical time in history it is vital that our children are given regular opportunities to connect with nature, to learn and grow as part of the natural world. We want to help everyone to Rewild our Education

We Offer: Woodcraft, Bushcraft, Food Growing, Foraging and cooking Woodland Therapy, Alternative Provision, Home education, Forest School, Beach School, Experiential Learning Days, Storytelling, Staff Training, Outdoor First Aid, Conservation, Afterschool Clubs, Transition Projects and much more.
We can work in any school grounds or offer one of our magnificent local outdoor spaces.
Project Rewild is leading the way in offering alternative outdoor learning opportunities and training for students and school staff.
As part of our Rewilding Education programme, we are creating innovative nature-based learning methods which offer schools the opportunity to improve the health, happiness and wellbeing of their students and in turn improve attendance and academic outcomes.
Staff Training:
We deliver high quality training to school staff across East Sussex. We want to help schools use nature in their learning more, giving staff the confidence and tools to get outside with their students and see the benefit it has on their learning and wellbeing.

REWILD WOODLAND SCHHOL
Woodland education group: In addition to our work in schools we also offer our own woodland education group as an alternative to, or addition to a child’s mainstream education. Our hugely popular Rewild Woodland School group runs all year round during term time and offers a full days in the woods every week. more information can be found here: Rewild Woodland School
LIVING EARTH
Giving children a rare opportunity to work directly with the land.
Students will gain practical skills and knowledge whilst gaining a deep understanding of what it means to live in connection with to the natural world around them.
We will be discovering our historical and geographical relationship to the land around us through growing and harvesting food, cooking, foraging, preserving, exploring herbal medicines, and traditional hand-crafting. We’ll uncover stories and folklore that have linked people to the Sussex landscape for hundreds of years. The children will be given a chance to develop a direct hands-on relationship with the land.
