“There’s something profoundly grounding about planting bare hands and feet deeply into the earth and working with the soil. I’ve always been passionate about plants and the natural medicines they offer—about the magic of the seasons and the transformations they bring. Working with the earth connects us to space and time, teaching us respect for our place within its embrace.

To work outside every day is a privilege and a gift. And to share that experience with others is even more powerful. It offers people the chance to rediscover something they’ve been longing for—something incomplete. That hole we try to fill with expensive things, distractions, and complexity cannot truly be filled by anything other than connection. Connection to self, connection to others and connection to nature.

This is the magic of Project Rewild. It reminds us that life can be so much simpler than we make it. Modern life often overcomplicates things to make them feel more valid by its standards, but Project Rewild holds a quiet, profound secret: simplicity. Community. Nature. Fire. Connection to the earth, and to ourselves.

Everything we’ve ever needed is right here: in the soft soil and dirt, the trees and plants, the fresh air and rain, and the warmth of the fire. Its in the songs and stories. It’s in the unpredictable rhythm of rain against bare skin, the sun warming your face, the laughter and connection that grow when distractions fall away.

There’s magic in the feeling of self-sufficiency that comes with understanding the natural world we are part of. It reminds us how little we truly need. Connection is everything. Connection is truth”.
